The program aims to establish a "five-in-one" practical education system that integrates social practice, research cultivation, industry-education integration, national conditions education, and global competence development. The research will adopt a three-track implementation approach — "fixed-point research + decentralized research + overseas research" — covering key overseas-expanding industries such as manufacturing, the digital economy, green energy, cross-border e-commerce, and fintech, thereby forming a multi-dimensional, comprehensive research landscape.
