The training course.

Hosted by Cema Translators Training Institute, Grouphorse’s flagship brand, this training course covered translation and interpreting skills and was taught by A-list teachers, including Grouphorse full-time simultaneous interpreter Case who majored in interpreting at a famous UK university, and Teacher Fang, an exclusive trainer at Grouphorse who has taught translation for a decade.

Tailored to CBRC’s Sichuan Office and focusing on finance and banking regulations, this course aimed to comprehensively improve the staff’s interpreting skills in terms of short-term memory, note-taking, conference and number interpreting. It also helped them master the skills needed to pass the Interpreter Level 2 China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters.

The teachers gave in-depth explanations of how interpreters should summarize and paraphrase words and simplify sentences, which was very much appreciated by the staff and leaders of the Sichuan Office.

After almost six months of screening and testing, Grouphorse was chosen as the training service provider for the Sichuan Office over many competitors because of its exceptional language services.

Over the years, Cema Translators Training Institute has provided many quality training courses for state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and embassies in China, including China National Petroleum Corporation, State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation, Mitsubishi Group, Honda Motor Co., Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Australian and Royal Norwegian embassies in China.
